He got it back up and safe to ride such as.... went through all the brakes, fresh tune up, new tires etc. This car is believed to be 39,640 actual miles. It hits the road as tight as any C3 vette I have ever been in! It has its all original match # 350/350 H.P. engine mated to original four speed transmission and rear end. It runs and sounds excellent NO problems. The clutch is tight, trans shifts smoothly no funny noises no vibrations etc. The headlights go up/down perfect, all fiber optics still work, power windows, speedometer tach, gauges are all in proper working order... The wiper door does not work and at some point in life the car has had an after market am/fm stereo which powers on but does not have any sound?? Other than that its 100%The interior is ALL original and for its age show excellent.. There is one small tear on top of passenger side door panel and small place down low on driver side door panel which should be expected for 43 years old!!The car has all of its original glass, stainless and chrome..The bumpers are showing their age but I would not ever consider replacing them!! (see pics) The a/c works and blows but is not cold probably needs to be recharged???The car has had a one time repaint in its original color of Daytona yellow aprox 10 years ago. It has been garage kept since and looks incredible. It is slick and straight and ALL body panels fit as good as any I have ever seen! This is a true investment quality xxxx Corvette..
